By submitting this APPLICATION, you understand and agree to all of the following:

Your cat is up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments. This is an important requirement to ensure other Hotel guests are kept safe. If your cat is found to have fleas, s/he will be treated at the Hotel at your expense, the cost of which must be paid before your cat is picked up
You give your permission for your vet to be contacted to verify any details as required
You will provide your cat’s preferred and usual food, and enough for the duration of the stay – maintaining their consistent diet will help them to settle, feel more comfortable, and keep their precious tummies happy
Unwell guests will be referred to a Vet Clinic. You will be contacted on your number/s provided. You agree to pay the Vet Clinic directly before your cat is released
The Khandallah Cat Hotel is not liable for any injury, sickness or death and you are releasing it from all and any liability for any injury, sickness or death
Prices are inclusive of the arrival and departure dates
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your cat’s arrival, at which time all payments become non-refundable
